I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, marked by poor management and unclean accommodations. The lengthy check-in process compounded our frustrations, and the lack of maintenance in our initial room is simply unacceptable. While the staff's demeanor could improve, the overall experience left much to be desired.
I had a pretty frustrating experience at this hotel. While the remodel looks great and the new TVs are a nice touch, getting checked in was a nightmare. After waiting for over two hours just to get into a room with a malfunctioning door, I was really disappointed in the service. They clearly need to work on their staffing and maintenance routines. Overall, the hotel has potential but currently falls short in customer service and room readiness.
My recent stay at the hotel was really disappointing. Although the staff at the reception and dining area were friendly, the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and maintenance issues. The casino floor felt overcrowded and not properly cleaned despite social distancing signs around. The room left much to be desired, especially with its need for maintenance and upgrades. I hope to see improvements in the near future, as I genuinely want this place to succeed.

After a long wait, I eventually got a new room that was also less than clean. Dining was chaotic, and I ended up waiting far too long for my order.
